3. Third-Party Services

Pro Study relies on the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI model provider for tutoring responses. Your chat messages and document excerpts are sent to Anthropic to generate responses.
• Vercel: Application hosting and deployment.
• Upstash: Rate limiting infrastructure.

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your uploaded documents at any time. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticated API endpoints, rate limiting, and input validation. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
